What the contact form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, topic, message, and permission to process the inquiry. Please do not submit confidential documents, sensitive personal information, or source-identifying material.

How delivery works

Submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to the inbox designated for HONORSWORN inquiries. Web3Forms and its spam-verification services may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details. Review Web3Forms’s privacy policy before submitting. The destination inbox is currently a project-managed Gmail address, not an organizational domain mailbox.

Retention and access

Delivered messages remain in the receiving mailbox until deleted; a fixed mailbox retention period has not yet been established. Consult the delivery provider’s privacy policy for its processing and retention practices. Do not include information you do not want sent by ordinary email.

Your choices

Sending a message is optional. Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of your prior inquiry. Include only the details needed to identify it; avoid sending identity documents. Requests will be assessed against applicable recordkeeping needs.

Website and hosting

The site does not add analytics scripts or use browser storage. Hosting providers may process routine connection information and request logs. The contact form sends submissions directly to Web3Forms while keeping you on this website. With JavaScript disabled, submission uses the provider’s verification pages instead. Third-party services apply their own security and cookie practices.
